My name is Jenny and I am a mother and grandmother. I love and understand children, having spent over 30 years working with the early-years through music, drama and interactive parent and child sessions. Raising two boys was one of the most challenging and beautiful experiences of my life and I often thank them for teaching me my most valuable lessons. They sometimes still take my advice.

I have a deep understanding of children’s behaviour-related issues and how they manifest in school and home environments. I am a compassionate, caring and passionate person and have always been interested in the development of the “whole child”, what makes them respond to learning and their behaviours and their confidence and self esteem.

I have often heard parents complain of sleep deprivation and how that affects their moods. I have huge empathy for that as that was something I used to suffer from. I have noticed how the incorrect amount of sleep has a huge impact on a child's performance and their mental and physical ability and the behaviour they display as a result.

This led me to train and become a qualified children's sleep consultant, in order to offer my support to parents in a holistic way. With my experience I deal with the big picture offer plenty of empathy and support in what is a notoriously complex subject.

Thank you so much Jenny. We really value your advice and the sensitivity and, as far as I’m concerned, brilliance of your approach.

Jenny you are amazing. After 9 months of no sleep, I finally am sleeping and feel I can get my life back on track. I hosted a noisy party tonight (Guy Fawkes) and my baby slept through it all thanks to Jenny helping me teach him how to sleep through his sleep cycles. Fireworks and all!!! Thank you thank you thank you
